The service will be available at more than 200 restaurants throughout the Los Angeles, Orange Country, San Francisco, and Dallas areas.

CEO of Taco Bell Brian Niccol said: “Taco Bell has always been about value and convenience, and we believe delivery is the next step in catering to today’s on-demand culture that’s driving consumer behavior.”

The partnership with Taco Bell is the first national one for DoorDash.

Prahar Shah, head of business at DoorDash, said: “Taco Bell is a natural complement to our technology and vision. We are both committed to innovating through data-based decision making and providing an exceptional customer experience.”

The fast-food chain plans to roll out the delivery option nationwide. It has already been testing delivery with DoorDash in select cities.

According to the company, pricing and delivery costs might vary depending upon location.
